Beltane Spring Awakening Retreat

F.A.Qs

+ What should I expect? What will the retreat flow be like?

The intention for this retreat is to find the perfect balance between structure and unstructured freedom. One of the blessing of going on retreat is time to pause, relax, renew and reconnect.

We'll begin our retreat weekend together Friday night with a nurturning, grounding dinner. From there, we'll gather for an opening intention setting circle to connect and drop in together in the lodge.

Saturday morning: we'll have breakfast from 8-9:15am, followed by a deep dive Ritual Awakening practice in the yoga sanctuary space.

Lunch will be from around 12:30-1:30pm, then open time til 4pm to relax, rest, integrate, journal, and frolick through the fairy meadows. For thsoe interested, there will be a guided hike through the surrounding redwoods during this time. Let go of any expectations for yourself, and let this be an opportunity to meander and receive the wisdom of nature all around you.

Saturday afternoon: we'll gather around 4pm for a Renewal Practice weaving together restorative, calming breathwork, yoga nidra and reiki to help us deeply rest and receive.

Dinner 6:30-7:30pm

Saturday night: Beltane ritual bonfire to call in, celebrate, bless and release!

Sunday: We'll be in the flow and see how we're all feeling, if we're called to do one last practice early in the morning we can, but otherwise will surrender to a slow spacious morning. Brunch 9:30-10:30am with check out at 11am.

+ When should I arrive? When does the retreat end?

Our retreat experience will begin the afternoon of Friday, May 3rd at 4pm for check-in. If you need to arrive a little earlier or later, please reach out to our team so we can plan accordingly. Checkout is Sunday, May 5th at 11am.

+ How will I get to the retreat center? Will there be a carpool?

Two weeks prior to the retreat, our team will contact all participants to help prepare for our time together. At this point we'll reach out and organize a carpool (or two). The majority of attendants will be coming from the Bay Area, so we will likely have at least one if not more carpool heading to Mendocino for the weekend.

+ What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the intimate nature of this retreat and small group, if you need to cancel your reservation there are no refunds, credits or transfers available. Under extenuating circumstances, we will do our best to work with you and adapt this policy accordingly.

Know that on our end, our costs are fixed and non-refundable once the rooms and catering is reserved with your deposit. Basically, you are held to the same policies as we are running the retreat.

+ Are there payment plans?

YES! We believe that this work and retreat experience of renewal, community support and self discovery are essential. We strive to keep costs low and always offer payment plans to make these life changing experiences as financially accessible as possible.

After making your initial $250 deposit, we’ll set up a monthly installment schedule for the balance. Once you’ve booked your accommodation, our team will contact you directly to see whether you’d like to set up a payment plan or not.

You decide how many installments you’d like to divide the balance into, as well as whether it is monthly, bi-monthly or weekly. Retreat balance must be paid in full a minimum of 2 weeks before the retreat start date.

After we decide on what payment plan installments work for you, we’ll set you up with automatic reminders through our payment system.

Please note that $50 payment plan fee will be added to your total to help offset accounts payable, additional fees, and administrative costs.
