And you? When will you begin that long journey into yourself? // Rumi
What’s your why?
Plant the seed, meditate and begin to visualize your heart’s desire unfolding. Pause. Close your eyes, tap into your instinctual, intuitive wisdom. Connect with your inner teacher. You have the motivation, the first spark of insight and longing for more, now trust.
It takes courage to embody your authentic self, own your voice, your vision and stand in your power. It takes bravery, conviction and fearless devotion to let go of regressive, limiting beliefs and ways of being.
Are you ready to drop the mask, shed your armor, begin to trust in who you are and realize your potential? Our transformative 200hr Yoga Teacher Training is a full immersive journey into the heart of yoga, the union of the Self, which means connecting with what makes you come alive.
If you’ve been looking within, contemplating and are ready to take it to the next level, to deepen your practice on and off the mat, to truly find your purpose, you are ready for this journey.
Realize Your Potential
In this evolutionary training, we’ll teach you how to own your strengths and inspire others by transforming your preconceived “weaknesses” into your greatest gifts. How to find your unique perspective and offering and how to adapt to what is by dropping into the universal flow. We’ll help you take that initial desire, that initial motivation, your WHY, and support your transformation every step of the way. Whether you plan on teaching or not, we’ll give you the tools to truly live and embody joy, fierce love, and peace. To be a yogi.
Each weekend you’ll need to show up fully as your authentic self, ready to receive, learn, be in the space of not knowing, ask questions, be open to challenges and shift your prospective. This will be a full immersion into the holistic practice of yoga, from it’s roots through philosophical and historical discussions, to Ayurvedic and subtle body workshops, sound healing, chanting, ceremony, deep practices designed to take you out of your comfort and towards that open space of liberation. We’ll spend each day exploring the full spectrum of what it means to be a yogi: dropping into self study and inquiry, open dialogues about ethics and how to live your practice, anatomy and alignment labs so you intimately know how to embody the asanas and safely lead others.
Every week we’ll have special workshops integrated into the flow led by Rachel Wilkins, Autumn Adams and our inspiring senior guest teachers and healers.

Meet Our Team:
For Rachel Wilkins E-RYT, yoga is an expression of the cosmic, creative pulse that connects us all. Her yoga classes are a soulful tapestry of creative movement, somatic awareness, spontaneous flow, thoughtful choreography, open meditation and transformative pranayama. Rachel’s evolutionary approach to yoga is inspired by seasonal energetic shifts, lunar cycles, the radiance of the sun, the steadiness of the mountains, the fluid churning of the waves, the cleansing flow of the wind and the wild dance of the heart flames.
She has and continues to study under living yoga masters: her initial 200 hr certification was completed in 2011 with Tracey Rich and Ganga White of the White Lotus Foundation, followed by advanced studies under their guidance. Shortly after, Rachel completed an intensive training in Thai Massage with Phoebe Diftler. She has been studying with Shiva Rea since 2014 and in 2017 finished her 500hrs under the Prana Vinyasa lineage. In the Spring of 2017 she led her first 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Divinitree Santa Barbara and continues to lead trainings, privates and small group classes, retreats and workshops locally and globally.
Autumn founded Ambuja Yoga in 2014 as a way to share her love of yoga, travel and adventure, as well as a way to cultivate intention, courage and grace in her students. She hopes her students will leave with a feeling of purpose and with the ability to invite their intention into all aspects of their lives.
Autumn encourages her students to be conscious creators… to have the courage to take risks (both big and small), to listen deeply to their body, to their gut, to their heart and the grace to “roll with the punches” on this messy path we call life. Learn more about Ambuja Yoga by reading this letter from Autumn, founder of Ambuja Yoga.
Autumn is committed to her own yoga education and continues to study and grow as a teacher. She felt called to become a yoga teacher in the early 2000s, but it took her until 2014 to commit to a yoga teacher training. As they say, when the student is ready, the teacher appears. Autumn completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Jeannie Laslo-Douglas of Yoga Indigo in Bend, Oregon in 2014.
She furthered her studies with a 300 hour yoga teacher training with Everett Newell of Zuna Yoga at The Yoga Barn in Bali, Indonesia in 2015. The same year she completed an 85 hour prenatal yoga course with Shana Celnicker-Chong of the Bhaktishop in Portland, Oregon. In 2018, she completed her Level 1 and Level 2 certifications in Thai Yoga Massage at the International Thai Massage Training School in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Autumn is passionate about teaching yoga teachers how to teach authentically. She loves empowering and mentoring them along their journey as teachers and leaders in their community. She keeps her teachings real, approachable, and accessible. Autumn led two yoga teacher trainings in Bend, Oregon in 2018 and looks forward to sharing her love of yoga with the Santa Barbara community.
Senior Guest Teachers & Healers:
Dr. Jacob Martin
Dr Jacob has been on the path to being a chiropractor since he was 11 years old. After graduating from Duke University, Dr. Jacob attended Palmer College of Chiropractic – West Campus in San Jose, California, graduating as a chiropractor in 2010. There, he elected to learn nine specialized adjusting techniques and advanced clinical nutritional training, providing him with specialized knowledge to better serve his patients. Dr. Jacob was the recipient of the prestigious Virgil V. Strang Philosophy Award, the highest award given at graduation at Palmer College, awarded to one graduating student per class. He has served as the primary clinician in the highest volume chiropractic practice in Ventura County, California, and to date has delivered nearly 100,000 chiropractic adjustments. He is certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association in the Webster Technique for pregnant women, is a certified Reiki healer, and he is the founder and lead clinician of Inner Strength Chiropractic, a successful vitalistic chiropractic office in Santa Barbara specializing in prenatal and family care.
As a chiropractor, Dr. Jacob teaches that the nervous system is the mind’s connection to the world. When there is interference in the nervous system due to a spinal subluxation, integration within the body is decreased. Specific chiropractic adjustments remove nervous system interference and allow for optimal communication between the brain and body. This allows for the highest life expression and health for the body, mind, and spirit.
Nicole Inglish brings to you 20+years of teaching and practice. Nicole founded Source Yoga in 2005, and was a studio owner for 10 years. Having chosen yoga as her life path and career path, she is intimately acquainted with the triumphs and pitfalls and perhaps most importantly the day to day creativity and inspiration; this is what she loves to share with all her students, not only the spark of adventure and creativity, but as a way to live a meaningful life of awakened embodiment with joy, grace and courage.
